The Founder / Principal

Marland Richardson

Founder, XHQ Systems. The Authority Revenue Studio.

I spent close to two decades in inside the insurance industry. Now I build the systems that let independent practices keep the revenue and the people they are losing.

Marland Richardson

Most people talk about work-life balance like it is something you find. I think it is something you build. And the businesses I work with were not going to find it inside broken intake, missed calls, and burnt-out front desks.

The Story

For close to two decades I have worked inside the Insurance industry. Close enough to see the same thing happen over and over. Good practices, good operators, doing real work, quietly leaking revenue every single day. A missed call here. A lead that never got followed up there. Staff stretched so thin that the human cost showed on their faces before it ever showed in the numbers.

Nobody was failing. The systems around them were. And no amount of "just work harder" was going to fix a process problem.

That is the frustration that built XHQ. I got tired of watching capable people get buried by work that technology should have been carrying for them.

The Belief

Everyone talks about the importance of work-life balance. I am passionate about something more specific: tipping the scales back in our favor by strategically leveraging technology.

Not technology for its own sake. Not another tool nobody uses. The right systems, built around how the business actually runs, so the revenue stops leaking and the people stop drowning.

What I Build

XHQ is a studio, not an agency. I work with independent medical and dental practices, home service operators, and premium concierge businesses to build AI voice agents, workflow automation, and revenue systems that are Predictable, Traceable, Structured, and Dependable. That is the P.T.S.D. framework, and it is how every engagement is delivered.

It started with SARA, an AI voice agent first deployed for an in-home primary care group to recover missed calls, handle intake, and protect appointment revenue. What worked there became the model for what I build now.
